Project Beauty & Madness (Part 4)

So I’ve decided that I will actually paint the interior and I’ve already bought a couple of materials for testing. That includes a white primer, a flat black paint, and a satin clear cloat. And as what most experienced painters would say, it’s all about prepping stuff properly, which is why I decided to buy a primer too. The satin clear cloat is to help protect the paint against fading. Now all I got to do is…take off some more stuff on the case since there’s still a couple of plastic/rubber stuff left. Again, it’s all about taking things slowly and not rushing into things…hahaha.

I’ve also bought a couple of rubber grommets that will protect the wires on the holes that I cut, and I’ve also bought a lot of cable clamps to help with cable management at the back of the motherboard tray. And if you haven’t noticed it yet, it’s not just the front-end but also the back-end that I’m trying to keep clean. Most modders would just put everything at the back of the motherboard tray where it turns into a rat’s nest. So what’s their reason? No one’s going to look at the back anyway so what the heck. Good thing I’m not that kind of person and even though I don’t have a lot of time on my hands I still wouldn’t rush things. This isn’t work anyway, it’s a hobby…a hobby that started ever since I was a little kid.
