It’s already April and we’re still getting quite a lot of snow so I went to downtown and snapped a picture of what our downtown looks like. It is not by all means as modern as Denver. It’s more like a laid-back small American community which I absolutely love, I just wish I have a better lens.
I had the wonderful oppprtunity to visit Grand Junction early Feb…train in and out on skiing vacation to Telluride. Spent evening walking in downtown, eating. I was impressed. The weather was nice too,especially for first weekend in Feb. Then visited the Colorado Monument just outside town next morning. And also the Colorado wine country…
I put the town on my list of places I like, and want to re-visit.
