Why Noctua Rocks

So I was trying to finish one of my project pcs right? Then I accidentally broke a couple of the Noctua brown rubber screws while trying to remove the Noctua fans off the case. That really pissed me off and so I went online and tried to find if Noctua sells them separately. Unfortunately they don’t! So I was like hmm…maybe if I could ask them to give me a couple of replacement brown rubber screws. And if they did, I’d be one hell of a happy man.

So I went to Noctua’s website and searched for their contact us link. Once I found out their support e-mail ([email protected]), I sent them an e-mail regarding my problem. Now I need to you to focus on how much time has passed after I sent the e-mail. I sent the e-mail Thu, Apr 2, 2009 at 3:12 AM that’s exactly what Google Mail displayed. You know what time they replied? Thu, Apr 2, 2009 at 3:58 AM. Hell yeah! That’s 46 minutes right after I sent them an e-mail.

Andreas Karner was my Noctua technical support guy and he was very nice and proper. Now I may be picky on this but he actually started with a Hello Rodo, and he knows how to fully utilize the keyboard! That means he capitalized the first letter of his sentences and he ended most of his sentences with a period. Anyway, in the end Mr. Karner told me that he’ll send me a couple of brown rubber screws – 14 in total which is way more than what I have anticipated. It’s more than enough for me even if I break a couple in the future! So props to Andreas Karner and Noctua! Everything is in the details and that’s where you guys shine.

Oh and by the way I also asked Noctua if they can send me their promotional items e.g. stickers, brochures, et. al. Guess what happened?
