I haven’t made a larger whitebox so I can’t take photos of the whole case yet. Maybe when I have the time and better lighting and new lenses!

Tuesday, March 17th, 2009Looks like the PC P60 case would get a nice face lift even though it’s already looking all pretty after I painted it. This time though it’s not going to be re-painted…it’s going to be powdercoated for free by my good friend David. Am I going to disassemble it before powdercoating? Probably not. So where am I now with this project?

Thursday, March 12th, 20093:1 heat shrinks came in today as well as a 4:1 that I’ll be using on the main PSU’s cable (24-pin). Looks the store wasn’t able to ship all of them at once so I’ll have to wait a couple more days for those stuff to arrive. For the mean time…

Tuesday, March 10th, 2009I’m afraid I can’t continue this project with this case anymore. I can’t find the proper screws and Lian Li hasn’t given me any reply at all whether the ycan send me the assembly screws or not. I’m not asking them to ship it for free, I’m willing to pay. I’ll go ahead and send them an e-mail again. But for now the temporary case is a PC7 Plus from Lian Li.
