Yes, it took me 10 years to move on from Counter-Strike 1.6 and Counter-Strike: Condition Zero to Counter-Strike: Source. Why? Because even though I have CSS on one of my older Steam accounts (2003) and I don’t really like using it. Why?! Why don’t I like using an older account and hence having a ultra low SteamID as compared to today’s higher SteamIDs? Well I don’t like the username I used on that one, hahaha. Yes that’s the only reason. Plus most of the newer games that I’ve bought are on my slightly older account (2006). I like TF2 and CSS to belong to one account (Probably another reason for my OCD of some sort). So yes my folks! It’s time for me to move on…
That’s right pirate scums! I’m a proud legit FRAPS owner! Wuhoo! I finally bought FRAPS once I saw that it can record your desktop. That means no more 3rd party apps, it’s just FRAPS now! You know how awesome that is? That means I could make a ton of tutorials now if I want. I’m $37 poorer now though, but still! Go me!

Have you guys noticed lately that Google has a ‘new effect’ when you go to http://www.google.com/? The old homepage simply displays all links as fast as possible or upon load but this time…it feels web 2.0′sh. I like!
Looks like I’m not the only one with uploading problems right now in YouTube. And damn! I have a ton of new gameplay videos to upload for PGN! Maybe it has something to do with YouTube’s new 1080p feature. All I can say is…finally! At least I don’t have to resize the videos now and this gives me that extra “reasoning” to buy a new monitor, hehehe.
Many game server admins are asking me why is it that the AMX Bans that I’m using is different from their AMX Bans and the new AMX Bans Reloaded. Well the simple answer is even though we basically have the same AMX Bans at its core, the front-end (website) part of our AMX Bans is pretty different especially if you take into account the different enhancements that Luis (SquarePants) and I did to it. And as far as I’m concerned, you can call it pretty much a fork of AMX Bans.
Thanks to bbranigin from [H] I was able to get in Google’s new web service called Google Wave! I’m so excited to test this new web service from Google since I find myself moving more and more to the cloud from both Microsoft and Google.

I’ve been wanting to try Chrome ever since it was released but I was hesitant because I got used to Firefox’s (awesome) extensions. But since there are a couple of Chrome extensions now I decided to try it out.
Before I installed Chrome though, I google’d for benchmarks where Chrome is pitted against other popular browsers like FireFox, Internet Explorer 8, Opera, Safari, et al. Most of the benchmarks focus on how Chrome handles Javascript so I decided to try one of these online benchmarks myself. And here are the results…

Wuhoo! 40 years now! That’s 14 years older than me! Happy birthday Internet! Only a geek and nerd would know!
Yes! Finally! I JoinPGN.com get’s to have 8 sitelinks! I remember the first time my website had site links. I was happy about it but I was a bit disappointed because of how the site links were generated because it did not have the forum link. So I did a couple more rounds of SEO and then bam! I checked the SERP today and look what I found!

Yep, it’s my Fall break and I have four days to party to finish my missed home works, projects, research et. al. and that sucks! I mean it doesn’t suck because I’m doing them, what sucks is because I’ve always been a procrastinator. 1st day of Fall break…I cleaned my room and re-arranged some stuff.

For the record, my Phenom II desktop PC only has 250GB of HDD space and for the past 2 years I just download/delete whatever I can instead of just downloading it and keeping it forever (if it’s worth it). Moreover, since I now use a wired keyboard and mouse (G15/G5) I have two extra freaking wires dangling over my computer table (which just got fixed by the way). Since I have OCD and I hate wires, I bought a Belkin Hi-Speed USB 2.0 7-port USB Hub. Sigh…now I’m $150+ poorer. Dang it! But at least my room looks better right?

My computer table’s keyboard/mouse drawer has been broken for almost a year now. I mean it’s not totally broken wherein you can’t use it. But the wood that’s supposed to hold the drawer is loose and sometimes it derails the drawer and you know what’s next…the keyboard/mouse falls down. I was going to strap two metal L-shape supports for it but then it’ll look ugly right? I mean here I am again…trying to make something look pretty even though I won’t be looking at it 24/7. But still! I mean, you guys understand me right? The people that have OCD right? Right? I found a solution and (4 hours later) it’s still holding like a champ.

This is a shameless plug for my new and upcoming website WeRAzn.com. If you guys have been visiting JoinPGN.com chances are that can somehow look at it as a ‘finished product’ already. And not some website that’s been rushed for a school project or something. The only thing that I’m going to do for that website is write original content and fix some bugs that come up (if I can of course). Other than that, I honestly think it’s pretty much done. Most of the HTML, PHP, and CSs stuff are working and front-end/back-end seems pretty strong and stable as far as I’m concerned. Which is why I’m going to have time for WeRAzn…

When I moved the CentOS desktop from one place to another, I forgot how to setup the fax machine or exactly how you should connect the cables to make the fax machine work. When I moved the desktop, I had it like this…phone line -> answering machine -> HP 5610, which works as far as the phone is concerned, fax does not work though. So how did I know the fax doesn’t work without calling a friend to send and received faxes? Simple, use the power of the internet.

Have you guys ever wondered why I can make myself like all kinds of music? It’s because of this…the piano that started it all. When I was a kid, I was the only one who actively played this piece of instrument. Sadly at 26 I’m no longer as good as I was way back. I don’t have my own piano here in Colorado (the piano’s located in the Philippines by the way). There’s just so many memories that this piano holds, enough to last a life time for me. If I ever settle down in the Philippines I’ll preserve it, protect it and play it.
